How is you packaging Eco-conscious? ✨

We make a conscious effort to keep the use of virgin plastics to a minimum.  Where we do receive plastics – for example in supply deliveries, we make every effort to reuse them and recycle them where possible.  So, on the rare occasion that you find plastic bubble wrap in your order, please be reassured this is reused.

All of the jewellery pieces come in a reusable linen pouch so that you can keep your jewellery safe when you aren’t wearing it.

All the paper and cardy goodness that become little spaceships to carry your goodies to you are totally recyclable 🚀. The tissue paper adds a pop of on brand colour 💜 as do the stickers and postcard which are printed on recycled paper.

Wood wool keeps all pieces safe when they go off through the postal system. It is responsibly sourced from certified timber offcuts and totally biodegradable

Paper bubble wrap is the perfect sustainable option to plastic bubble wrap whilst also not compromising on protecting your pieces whilst they are on their journey to you!

Why pay for postage?

We want to be totally transparent with you, whilst some small businesses offer free delivery at Astral Tides we ask that you pay for postage.

Postage costs don’t just cover the cost of delivery but also the time spent carefully packaging your order and all the packaging materials that help keep your pieces safe in transit.  We really want to make sure that each and every piece reaches you safely.

How long will delivery take? Dispatch Vs Delivery Times

Once we have received your order (excluding custom and made to order pieces) it will be packed up and dispatched in 2 -3 days.  So, in short, the dispatch time is the time it takes for your piece to enter the mail system.  Once it has been dispatched (left our studio) if you have paid for UK standard delivery this will usually take 2 -3 days to arrive to you.

Do you ship Internationally?
