is perfect setting for vases, crystals or as a piece of decor on its own! Why not pair it with some Moon Coasters?

What is Jesmonite?

Jesmonite is an environmentally conscious alternative to traditional resin-based products. It consists of a gypsum composite and acrylic resin polymer, making it a lightweight substitute to cast concrete. It is fire resistant and we seal all our pieces with a surface sealant to makes them UV resistant and help protect against heat and moisture.

  • Handmade

Each piece is mixed, cast and sanded by hand in our Astral Tides studio

  • Eco-Conscious

All of our pieces are made from Jesmonite which is an eco-resin. It is free from harmful VOCs and is fire and heat retardant

  • Batch Making Process

Our pieces are made in small batches to prevent excess waste. Any leftover Jesmonite is used in other pieces

  • Thoughtful Packaging

All of our packaging is thoughtfully selected to make sure it is recyclable/biodegradable and where possible recycled

About Astral Tides

Hi, I’m Charlie the gal behind Astral Tides.  I love space so it evidently became the inspiration behind the whole brand.  From planet pendants to solar system trinket tiles and Saturn shaped trinket trays, the colours and shapes all stem from my curiosity about the universe we live in, and I want to share that through what I make. I started the brand during lockdown, having a creative outlet was important for me to not only use my creative skills but to help my mental health during a time that was tough for everyone.

Creativity, curiosity and sustainability are at the heart of all of my pieces, I like to explore the capabilities of the materials I work with. I try to push the boundaries and come up with new making techniques (and ultimately exciting new pieces!) whilst always being mindful of any environmental impact my work may have.
